Our core spiritual frequency can affect the reality around us. What is within us resonates outwards and the world responds in kind. Where we cultivate love and resonate this outwards we encounter more love in response. Where we resonate anger, even unconsciously, the world becomes frustrating and doesn’t quite match how we want it to be. This has been noticed by many spiritual traditions and is why cultivating love, kindness and forgiveness is so important.
Our frequency impacts our reality
Soul resonance and time streams
- Consciousness doesnʼt shape reality only during emotionally charged focused visualizations – it shapes reality constantly according the very quality of our being
- The river of time is a bundle of interwoven time streams, each representing a certain theme of experience:
- Near the top of the river thereʼs light, peace, harmony, and serendipity
- Near the bottom thereʼs darkness, pain, suffering, and obstacles
- Which time stream you access depends on the vibrational resonance spectrum of your soul, your being, the deeper parts of your consciousness
- The priority must be on pivoting yourself at the very root of your consciousness, the foundation, the axis of your inner world
Thought energy radiation and the space of variations
- The space of variations is every possible future and present that can exist – it is like a dark forest and we are there with a flashlight, only able to see what is illuminated in the flashlight
- These realities can be stacked on top of each other – with the desired life tracks at the top and the undesired at the bottom
- We get to choose our own life tracks and how we do that is the radiation of our own thought energy
- Whatever thought energy we are releasing, whether positive or negative, is the key to our reality – our radiation will only fit into one of these realities
Raising your frequency
Raising your frequency can be at an inner level or surface level. Starting at the surface level is the easiest place to start but over time repeated meditations, raising positive energy, filling with love starts to transform your core as well.

Spiritual laws and raising your frequency
As you give forth with what you have or know, you will receive more. That is the universal law of the Father. Give love and you will receive more love.
